WHOLISTIC OPTOMETRY

I’ve used practice consultants for my practice, and while they do offer some insight into practice management, I believe their rules for practice management are too rigid, too capitalistic and does not account for the desire for a more caring, compassionate, patient care and employee experience. I do not claim to be a practice consultant, or an expert in practice profitability, however what I do offer is a look inside my entirely cash-based practice. I offer primary care, neuro-optometric, vision therapy, and optical services in a small town outside of Denver. I prioritize providing exceptional care, connecting with my patients on a deep level, and attracting patients who are deeply invested in their eye, vision and healthcare. I also prioritize my employee’s health and wellbeing over profits and feel a great sense of fulfillment and alignment with my life and my business.
